Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reset my password?

Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

How do I add a new student?

Navigate to Admin > Students and click "Add Student". Fill in the required information including name, class, and parent details. You can also bulk import students using a CSV file.

How can I track attendance?

Teachers can mark attendance from the Teacher Dashboard. Go to Attendance, select the class and date, then mark each student as present, absent, or late. Parents are automatically notified of absences.

How do fee payments work?

Parents can view and pay fees through the Parent Portal. We support multiple payment methods. Admins can track all payments, generate invoices, and send payment reminders from the Finance section.
