Accounts are created by authorized school administrators. Users receive credentials to access the platform based on their role (student, parent, teacher, or administrator).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

Use a strong, unique password
Not share your credentials with others
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Log out from shared devices after use

3.3 Account Termination

School administrators may deactivate accounts when a user leaves the institution. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:
